The Great Himalaya Trails program is High Vision’s sectional version of Nepal’s high traverse — a way to sample the 1,700 km route without committing to a single continuous season. Typical blocks cover the far-east Kanchenjunga/Makalu approaches, the Khumbu high passes, Rolwaling–Langtang, Manaslu–Annapurna, and the western Dolpo country.
Each section is arranged as a guided expedition trek with the correct restricted-area permits, camping or tea-house nights, and resupply. Maximum altitudes often exceed 5,000m; fitness and prior multi-week trekking experience are essential.
Departures are built around spring and autumn. Tell us which ranges you want to link and we will shape a continuous or staged itinerary from Kathmandu.
