Mardi himal basecamp trekking is one of the famous and short trekking destination in Napal. It is located in the west of katmandu and north of Pokhara. Mardi himal is 5553mtr high from the sea level and the basecamp is in an elevation of 3660mtr. This is just standing infront of Mt.Fishtail.
Mardi trek offers travelers wonderful short and sweet adventure. The trekking trails offers greenery path uphill trail and ridges which is really endearing. In a short trekking period, you can experience the different vegetation, local culture, wild life and flora and fauna. From the Mardi basecamp we can admire the view of Mt.Annapurna which is 10th highest peak in the world. It is 8091mtr high from the sea level. Morning sunrise view over the Mt fistail, South annapurna and Mt,Annapurna(8091mtr) is really breathtaking. From the basecamp we can see the Panoramic view of Lamjung himal, Mardi himal, Mt.Fishtail
Mt.Singhu chuli, Mt.Annapurna, South Annapurna, Hiuchuli, Guruja himal and many more mountains.

Mardi is located in Annapurna region and it is operated under Annapurna conservation area project permit. (ACAP) (TIMS CARD)

Mardi Himal base camp trek Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu transfer to hotel (1,300m/4,264ft)
Day 2: Trek Preparation/ City tour/ meeting with your Guide about you trekking and Dinner at Nepali Resturent.
Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (827m/2,700ft)
Day 4: Drive from Pokhara to Phedi 20 minutes drive and trek to Deurali (2,100m/6,720ft) 4/5hrs.
Day 5: Trek from Deurali to Forest Camp- 5-6hrs. (2,520m/8,064ft)
Day 6: Trek from Forest Camp to Low Camp- 4-5hrs. (2,970m/9,504ft)
Day 7: Trek from Low Camp to High Camp -5-6hrs. (3,540m/11,328ft)
Day 8: Trek from High Camp to Upper Viewpoint (4,250m/13,600ft) and trek back to Low Camp 7-8hrs.
Day 9: Trek from Low Camp to Siding, 2-3 hours trek and drive to Pokhara, 3-4hrs Drive.
Day 10: Drive or flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu
Day 11: Day 10: Final Departure or, free day According to your plan.
